Xavier was born in Hong Kong and raised in Japan by English and Japanese parents, giving him a unique understanding of international healthcare. A former Japanese National Fencing Team athlete and internationally ranked fencer, he brings a strong passion for health and performance. While studying at the University of Hong Kong, he founded The Medical Agency to help expand access to world-class care.
